Terms & Conditions

1. All fares listed are valid for travel on SQ and NZ operating flights only, and must be issued in Singapore on Singapore Airlines ticket documents.
2. Valid on SQ e-tickets only.
3. All fares listed are not valid for travel on SQ1000-SQ6799, SQ6951-7999, SQ9000-SQ9999 series.
4. Eligibility: Min 2 Pax
5. Flight Application (valid on): SQ flights only
6. Open Jaw: Not Permitted
7. Stopovers/ transfers: Permitted as per above specific routing only. Surface break between 2 stopovers points are not permitted.
8. Permitted combinations: End-on & side-up combinations are not permitted/ Open jaw is permitted as stipulated in the fare sheet/ Higher round trip fares must be charged.
9. Rebooking/ Reissue: Permitted within the same fare rule ticketing conditions are met in particular to conditions Eligibility and Flight application. Tickets must be reissued to reflect the new reservations.
10. Refund: For totally unused tickets- Permitted. Refund admin fee of $75 and no show fee of $150, if any, will apply. All ticketing conditons must be met. All request for refund must be submitted on SQ refund form and fax to : 6536 5291 for approval. Partially unused tickets: Non-refundable
11. No-show: In all cases of reissue, rerouting and refund, proof of cancellation for the reservation ex-SIN on original ticket must be submitted. Otherwise, a no-show fee of $150 will apply.
12. Child/ Infant discounts: Accompanied Child/ Infant occupying a seat: 75% of the applicable adult fare. The number of children entitled for child fare is limited to 2 children for every paying adult. Unaccompanied Child/ Infant not occupying a seat: Not permitted
13. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars, not inclusive of taxes / surcharges and service fee
