Eligibility:
For sale in Singapore only.
All tickets to be issued via ET mode i.e. Electronic Tickets, except for travel to/from non-ET destination.
Every PNR must consist of 2 or more passengers travelling together both ways.
No deviation is permitted for any passengers throughout the journey.
Tickets must be issued in sequence.
The addition of passengers to the original PNR is not allowed.
All tickets must be issued within 3 days after reservations or 5 days before departure, whichever is earlier.
Reservations / Ticketing :
Advance Purchase: Reservations for departure from fare origin are required at least 5 days before departure.
No waitlist reservations.
Tickets must show confirmed reservations for the entire journey.
Penalties - Changes/Cancellations:
Flight / Date Change - Not permitted
Rerouting - Not Permitted
Cancellation and Refunds: Tickets once issued are non-refundable
Child / Infant Discounts :
Accompanied Child fare is 75% of the applicable adult fare.
The number of children entitled to child fare is limited to the ratio of 1 Adult to 2 children
Unaccompanied Child / Infant Discount : Not Applicable
All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars, not inclusive of taxes / surcharges and service fee.
