When asked why she thinks she is nominated, Angela points to her passion and love for her profession. “I treat all my customers like my friends. I arrange and plan their tour itineraries like they were my own.” Angela has won over many repeat customers with her product knowledge, attention to detail and follow-up after their trips. Her interest in ensuring that her customers return completely satisfied with trips she has personally planned means that in the 10 years in the travel industry, Angela’s many repeat customers have become her friends.
